The twin bed rooms with those large comfy beds were to die for. Like sleeping on a cloud. The layout of the room was nice and the bathroom was quiet. The automatic light under the bathroom was great for low light having a baby in the room. It felt clean and room service were super quick.

Superb location. My family stayed there only for one night after arriving at NZ in the evening. It took less than 10min from the airport. Perfect location to get ready for trips on the following day, it has Countdown, Kmart, Bunnings and so much more in walking distances. The rooms had great mountain views with good amenties and comfy bed.

Exactly as described. Clean room, two double beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was very good and all staff we met were very professional and attentive. Not in centre of town, but close to airport and suited our needs the next day. Would stay again.

Nice modern clean room with views of mountains. The dinner (fish) at the restaurant was one of the best meals I had in NZ. Very convenient for shopping, as it is located in an upscale shopping plaza with lots of food options and outdoor gear stores.

Great location at Five Mile. Tons of places to eat. Great pub, restaurants. It's where the locals go and doesn't feel touristy at all. The bus stop was right outside the hotel. Super easy. $20 Uber from the airport. And only $2 bus trip into town. Kids under 14 are free. Great place to stay with kids and without a rental car. Kids loved the bus, and I didn't have to worry about parking in town. Love the pillow service (order your preferred pillow through room service!).

Great location. Very comfortable beds and pillows - modern spotless bathroom. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided smelled beautiful. Friendly, competent, helpful staff. Kids club room open during dining hours. Lovely restaurant - two sided fire out to verandah - perfect for snuggling up with a glass of red. Will definitely stay again! Thank you.

Was really impressed with our stay at sudima. Wasn’t too far of a drive into Queenstown central and it’s close to shops and food places. The rooms were absolutely outstanding! Clean presented well. Omg and the showers 🥴 the best I’ve ever used 😅 Staff were amazing and polite. A bit quiet and had to ask a few times to speak up. But always said hello and had a smile on their faces. Breakfast buffet was…ok but definitely not worth pricing if you have picky eaters.

The hotel is well-managed and the staff was helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The hotel is newly built and the room and facilities are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was good and worth paying in advance. Free parking is available but you must ask the hotel's reception to show you where it is. Public transport is available right in front of the hotel.
